Pause and Reflect

In the strategy lesson, you learned that a customer service vision should be simple and easy to understand, like this one from Starbucks: “We create inspired moments in each customer’s day.” Now it’s your turn to get inspired!

When you’re ready to move on, scroll down.

Grab a pen and paper and ask yourself these questions:

  • Who are our customers, and what do they expect from us?

  • How do we want customers to feel about us?

  • What can we do to please customers?

Use the answers to draft your own vision statement. Don’t worry, it’s just a draft to get you started. Try sharing these questions with your team to see what they come up with, too
